What we manufacture: toilet paper, paper towels and napkins
Tissue paper converted at our Santiago plant. Each category has its own catalog with pack sizes and item codes.
Toilet paper
38 products
Household and institutional toilet paper: generic 12/1, two-ply 24/1 and 30/1, and individually wrapped 48/1 in 24 m and 35 m rolls.
Paper towels
35 products
Hand drying and cleaning for high-traffic areas: center-pull 6/1, kitchen towels, 550 ft Kraft rolls and 600 and 700 ft Bleach rolls.
Napkins
42 products
Table, café and restaurant napkins: dispenser (Softpel, Bonche), 15x17 dinner in white or two-ply Kraft, Moka and cocktail.
Interfolded towels
4 products
Interfolded towels (Z or V fold) for single-sheet dispensing: Sanitisue 20/200, Mini Napkin Waves 30/200 and Quick Nap.
Facial tissue

Soft, absorbent two-ply facial tissue. Ocean Breeze brand in flat box and 30/1 cube format.

How the paper is converted
From reel to order, in five stages inside the same plant.
Reels and raw material
We receive base paper in large-diameter reels, plus packaging material.
Rewinding
Each reel is rewound to the diameter and tension the line requires.
Cutting and folding
Cut to sheet width and length; dinner, cocktail, C-fold or interfolded folds.
Packing
Primary packaging, grouped by pack size and labelled.
Storage and dispatch
Finished product in boxes, prepared per order for dispatch.
Our own plant in Las Palomas
The product is converted at our Las Palomas buildings in Santiago from base paper reels. This lets us define format, length and pack size per order.
